STOVETOP: 1) Heat lightly oiled pan to med-high. 2) Add everything to seperate secitons of pan. 3) Stir constantly until meal has reached desired tempreture (approx 3mins) and enjoy!
MICROWAVE: 1) Microwave everything covered for 1 minute, then in 30 second intervals until desired tempreture and enjoy!
