Jasmine was great to work with! She was able to curate a wonderful tasting selection  based on dishes that I picked from all across her menus! She catered to the kids by providing a them they own pasta, per my request! I also asked that everything be super easy to grab so that anxiety of grabbing from the buffet isn't and issue! Well, the food was a hit! Even my husband said it was solid and he's hard to impress. I saw many people go for thirds  and we still had leftovers. The churros tasted like Disneyland, which was perfect for our "Ellaland" theme. The ceviche had a nice kick to it! The fajitas were also tasty, especially as leftovers! The apricots balls were a hit even the next day during tea time. Chocolate covered strawberries were devoured. I even heard some moms complementing the salads. We had the grilled peach and a strawberry one! To summarize, Jasmine was amazing to work with. She was communicative and her vision really fit into  the party theme Thank you!!

Jasmin and her assistant (Mike) were amazing! Everything ran smoothly from set up, presentation and food quality. All of my guests were giving us compliments for the food choices. All the food was delicious and I had zero complains. The clean up was a breeze too because they brought everything and I only had to provide a table and table linen. Delicia arrived early to set up the most amazing buffet display of the items we ordered. Everything was delicious! My only regret was not ordering extra desserts, they went by fast! Some of our guests couldn't resist but get seconds. The barbacoa was also a big hit with everyone as well. Also pricing was very affordable in comparison to other companies. I was very impressed and pleased with Delicia catering service. The food presentation was excellent and the food was very tasty. My guests were telling me that they loved the taste of all the foods.
